These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at mecanicarotativa.com (the "Site"), operated by Mecánica Rotativa, S.A. de C.V. ("Mecánica Rotativa", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes about our turbomachinery and rotating-equipment services. You may view, download and print material from the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational use only. You agree not to:

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site is limited to MXN $10,000 or the equivalent in your local currency.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of your present or future domicile.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
